💔 In Loving Memory of Brandon – Forever 19

This year has been the hardest year any parent could ever imagine. I lost my son, Brandon, just three days before his 20th birthday.  Brandon was full of life—an outgoing, thrill-seeking, and determined young man. At just 19, he had already achieved so much. He paid off his first car, proudly bought his Indian motorcycle, and even treated himself to a Camaro. He worked hard, dreamed big, and inspired everyone who knew him.

He was a son, a brother, and a best friend to so many. The morning of his first bike run, he was beaming with excitement. I remember taking a picture of him on his motorcycle in front of his car—so proud of all he’d accomplished on his own.  Just a few hours later, I got the call that shattered my world. My heart stopped. How could this happen? I had just told him, “Please be careful.” No parent should ever have to bury their child.  As I faced the unimaginable loss, the reality of funeral costs, bills, and financial responsibilities set in—things no grieving family should have to shoulder alone.

That’s why I’m partnering with BikerDown, a organization that supports injured motorcyclists and families of those lost in tragic accidents. They help you with recovery after an accident and provide some very helpful services such as financial strategy, medical and adaptive equipment, and immediate emotional relief for families whose lives have been forever changed.  They can also help you through funeral decision and information, including donating a motorcycle urn to families.
